Terms of Service

By creating a Prolinq account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Prolinq. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Prolinq is a digital business card + professional networking app. You create one or more "cards" that summarise your identity (name, role, contact details, social links) and share each card via QR, NFC, or direct link.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You may not impersonate another person. One human per account.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Use Prolinq for spam, bulk solicitation, phishing, or any automated scraping.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
• Impersonate real individuals without their consent, or claim affiliation with a company you do not work for.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, logos, text). You grant Prolinq a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content for the sole purpose of rendering your cards and enabling the sharing features you request. This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.

Prolinq is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify you in advance and billing will only start after you explicitly opt in. We do not accept web payments today.

We target 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees. Prolinq is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where feasible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolinq and its officers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free user, is zero).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [INSERT CITY], India.

Users in the EU or California retain all rights granted by their local consumer-protection laws, which are not waived by these Terms.

We will notify you in-app 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the notice period implies acceptance.
